If you do not accept our terms and conditions in full, you must stop using our web site immediately. It is a condition of use of this web site that only people aged 18 or over are allowed to register/book.

The content published on this web site is property of EO d.o.o. and is used by EO POTOVALNI CENTER with the permission of the owners. Unless written permission is granted, you are not licensed to use any of the marks of our web site, you may not meta tag any of these marks either. Unless otherwise stated, we own (or are licensed to use) the intellectual property rights in the content and information in this web site, including (without limitation) all text, photographs, images, logos, graphics, design, underlying source code and software. Web Site accuracy
We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and all information is updated regularly. However all holidays are subject to availability and may be subject to price changes prior to confirmation of your booking. We take great care to ensure the maximum website accuracy but services and facilities may change or be withdrawn and information may change. We regularly update information to display up to date text but please note that any late changes will be shown as an erratum during the booking process. Prices for holidays and travel services change frequently. Whilst we check regularly to try to ensure that holidays are available at the prices shown, we cannot guarantee the availability of any holiday at an advertised price. However, the current price will be displayed before you confirm your booking. All prices are in EUR and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Prices shown on this website are believed accurate but, in case of any discrepancy, the price quoted during booking will be taken as the vaild price for the holiday or flight in question. Services and facilities may also change or be withdrawn and there may be changes to flight times, excursions or tour itineraries. When we are told of any significant or long term changes we will always endeavour to advise you prior to your departure. Privacy Policy
Exo Travel Centre is committed to protecting your privacy and this Privacy Policy sets out what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we do with it.
Your Information
This refers to information such as your name, contact details, travel preferences and special needs/disabilities/dietary requirements that you supply us or is supplied to us, including any information about other persons on your booking relating to the same (“your information”). Your information is collected when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa) or make a booking with us. You are responsible for ensuring that other members of your party are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us.
Our Use of Your Information
We may disclose your information to our service providers for the purpose of providing you with our services, including your flight, holiday or insurance, etc. Only information necessary for this purpose will be disclosed to them. For air travel, it may be a mandatory requirement (imposed on airlines by governments at the point(s) of departure and/or destination) to disclose your information for security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate. We reserve the right to disclose your information to the division of our company or partner companies who act as “data processors” on our behalf. These purposes include administration, providing services (and contacting you where necessary), customer care, improving our service, business management and operation, re-organisation/structuring of our business (or our group companies), risk assessment, security and crime prevention/detection, research and analysis, marketing, monitoring, assessing customer purchasing preferences, dispute resolution, credit checking and debt collection. We may use your contact details to inform you about our latest offers and to include you in our promotional/advertising special offers of Exo Travel Centre Bled. If you do not wish to receive materials as such, inform us and we will remove your details off our mailing list. If we search against the files of credit reference agencies, they will record the search and hence the way in which you conduct your account with us may be shared with other lenders and credit agencies. Your data will one be used in the above mentioned ways and will not be sold, traded or passed on to any other company or person. By booking your holiday with us you also agree for your insurers, their agents and medical staff to disclose relevant information (which may contain sensitive personal data) to us in circumstances where we need to act in the interest of everyone in the group you are travelling with. For example, if your illness at resort is infectious we may need to make special arrangements for you and also ensure that you do not return with the group immediately.
Web protection
We have undertaken several security measures to ensure that the data you forward on to us is not abused or lost in any way. However our web pages do include links to other web sites for which we cannot accept any responsibility as they are not owned by us (i.e. direct hotel or additional information links). Unauthorised attempts to abuse or cause damage to our web pages will be reported to the authorities and handled accordingly.
Jurisdiction
All the arrangements of the services handled by Exo Travel Centre will be made in Slovenia and are governed by Slovenian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovene Courts – Court of Law in Ljubljana. We would like to point out that prices shown on the web site may change and are subject to availability – final price is confirmed to you prior booking. Once a booking is made the cost may no longer change unless if it is a reason beyond our control (fuel increases, tax increases, etc).
Your consent
By using the data advertised on our web pages you agree to the above mentioned terms and conditions. If any changes should occur to the above it will appear as amendment to the herby listed conditions. We cannot be held responsible if the data advertised entails errors such as typing errors or if we were given the incorrect data to publish.
If you do not agree to our use of your information, we cannot do business with you or accept your booking.
BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY
General
Exo Travel centre reserves the right at its own discretion to terminate the holiday arrangements of anyone whose behaviour is such that it is likely, in the opinion of ourselves, the airline pilot, the accommodation owner / manager or any other person in authority, to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other passengers, staff, any third party or property. Any enforced cancellation of this nature will be subject to full cancellation charges as detailed in the Booking conditions, with Exo Travel Centre having no obligation to refund or compensate, or to organise or pay for the return travel arrangements. No refund can be considered on any tickets, or coupons unless they are returned to our Head Office duly cancelled and amendments suitably endorsed.
Hotels and resorts
Where particular reference is made to hotel categories, these are part of the classification system officially recognised in the country concerned. Please remember that there is no International standard, and therefore variation does exist from one country to another. Most of accommodation properties will be Exo-rated. Exo-rate is the rate that we have set for the specific unit enabling us to offer an impartial view of unit’s quality. In most cases we will use local classification, but that may not always be the case. Exo-rating goes as bellow:
 – budget style unit/common shower/WC
  – standard unit with private shower/WC, but less facilities
   – European standard 4* unit, with plenty of facilities and comfortable rooms
    - European standard 4*+ unit, best what the town/resort can offer.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Often descriptions of hotels and resorts include mention of sport and entertainment, but the availability of these and other resort amenities can sometimes be influenced by weather conditions and the number of visitors - particularly at the beginning and end of the season. Please note that swimming pools are open to all guests of the particular resort and the use of sun beds and umbrellas is often subject to a local charge even for hotel residents.
Accommodation
All our prices are based on sharing twin or double bedded rooms or chalets, studios or apartments accommodating two to eight people. Single rooms are available in most, but on request at a supplement – please contact us if that is the case. Some accommodations can take an extra occasional bed to accommodate a third person. This will be of the camp bed or sofa type, and will be more suited to a child than an adult. The extra bed can be replaced by a cot for an infant, but rooms cannot take both, in which case clients must provide their own travel cot. Cot charges must be paid locally and vary from unit to unit. Please note that cot has to be pre-booked. We do, however, have some larger twins which can accommodate a third adult. Whenever family rooms are available, a reduction can be offered – please email us individually for the discounts for third persons. The occasional beds will be either of the sofa or camp bed type. Some furniture may be substituted for the extra beds. Some hotels offer the use of two standard twin rooms connected by a door, each with its separate bathroom. These interconnected rooms are ideal for families with grown up children. Seaside and sea-view whether from public or guest room may be partly blocked by trees.
Although some hotels/apartments are described as located directly on the beachfront reaching the beach can sometimes involve the crossing of a small road. Please note that unless you have a confirmation for added extras such as sea/lake view these are not a subject to your reservation! Adding items on a reservation as a request DOES NOT guarantee services.
Upgrades: Please note that upgrades to different hotels/apartments will be subject to the applicable administrative and cancellation fees plus the difference in the shown price. The cost of personal items such as laundry, drinks and telephone calls is not included. Not included are also: costs of visas where required (for non-EU citizens), Holiday insurance, No snow guarantee (winter holidays), use of the air-conditioning in certain hotels, use of sun beds and umbrellas around the swimming pools and on the beach unless otherwise specified, use of safety deposit boxes in hotels unless otherwise specified, use of local resort’s transport unless otherwise specified.
Data Protection Policy
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any specific needs/dietary requirements etc. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area, controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not, however, pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. We may use the information provided by you to contact you about your holiday or to inform you about details of other products and services offered by us. If you believe that we may be storing incorrect details relating to you, please e-mail us and we will correct them as soon as possible.
Special Requests
Whilst we will endeavour to meet any reasonable request, we regret we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled and any failure to do so will not be a breach of contract on our part.
YOUR EXISITING BOOKING WITH EXO TRAVEL CENTRE
When you decide to book your holiday with ourselves on any of the products you will be asked for a DEPOSIT in the amount of 30% or more. This is to ensure that you have serious intentions of booking services with ourselves and our partners. The amount is decided by the person accepting the booking. The amount due after the deposit has been paid is to be settled upon your arrival in any of the our offices.
In case you cancel your holiday and deposit was paid following scale for refunds applies:
more than 1 month prior: admin charge of 20 EUR is charged
31 days – 20 days prior: 50% of the deposit is charged
less than 20 days prior: the whole deposit is retained as cancellation charges.
In case you curtail your holiday when the deposit was paid in full:
- following scale for refunds applies:
45 - 30 days prior to the arrival 10 % of the total amount is charged
29 - 22 days prior to the arrival 30 % of the total amount is charged
21 - 15 days prior to the arrival 50 % of the total amount is charged
14 - 8 days prior to the arrival 80 % of the total amount is charged
7 - 1 days prior to the arrival 100 % of the total amount is charged
CANCELATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS OR NON SHOWS ARE CHARGED AT 100% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT.
PASSANGER DATA
All passenger data listed in our on-line form are obligatory as they are requested from us by our partner hoteliers and other partners. Please note that you are responsible for supplying accurate data. Inaccurate data and therefore necessary changes will be a subject to additional administration fees. We do guarantee that the data listed will not be passed on to unauthorised third parties.
LEAD NAME/BOOKING NAME
Your reservation will be carried out under your name/surname. This is what we call lead name or booking name. Lead person can only be one of more than 15 years of age with the parental consent to travel alone. Persons booking the holidays are responsible to acquire adequate documentation to verify that.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
An essential part of the reservations process is the credit card payment. Our on-line web page enables you to pay by EUROCARD / MASTERCARD credit cards. With the confirmation of your booking we will receive an automated reply for our bank either clearing or rejecting the booking payment. After the receipt of the credit card cleared amount we will proceed with the actual transfer of monies that are a subject of your booking.
ACCURATE DATA
Prior to confirming the booking please check if all the data you have listed is correct. You will be asked again to agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Exo Travel centre.
DECLINED CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION
If after you have confirmed the booking with the credit card you receive a notice from our accounts department saying that the credit card is declined this could be the result of:
- Insufficient funds related to the credit card used
- Incorrect data was inserted
- There was a break-down of communication between the server and our contracted bank.
In this case you may return to the Payment section of secure web site and re-insert the data or use another method of payment (direct money transfer, Visa or alternative credit card).
